  • 250 ml milk
  • 200 g sugar
  • 125 g Koukakis Farm butter
  • 450 g petit beurre biscuits
  • 50 g cocoa powder
  • 3 tbsp cognac
  1. Heat the milk with the sugar.
  2. Remove the saucepan from the heat and add the butter, cocoa, cognac, and biscuits.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Spread out a sheet of parchment paper, pour the mixture in the center, and shape it into a log.
  5. Place the log in the freezer for 3 hours.
