  • 2 cups Koukakis Farm butter (cold), cut into cubes
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 4 1/2 cups flour
  • Optional: decorative sprinkles
  1. Preheat the oven to 160°C.
  2. In a bowl, combine the butter and brown sugar and mix with a mixer until fluffy.
  3. Then add 3 1/2 cups of flour and mix until combined.
  4. Sprinkle 1/2 cup of flour on the countertop and knead the dough, gradually adding the remaining 1/2 cup of flour until the dough softens.
  5. Shape the dough into a ball, wrap it tightly, and let it rest for 30 minutes.
  6. Roll out the dough and, if desired, shape it into small pieces.
  7. Place each cookie on the baking tray.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes until the edges of the cookies turn a golden-brown color.
  9. Let them cool.
