  • 250g digestive biscuits with less fat
  • 100g Koukakis Farm butter
  • 250g whipping cream 35% fat
  • 250g cream cheese
  • 350g Koukakis Farm Greek yoghurt
  • 100g powdered sugar
  • Juice of half a lemon

Garnish: Fresh strawberries or strawberry jam or lemon jam or cherry jam or strawberry sauce

  1. We pour the yogurt, sweetened condensed milk, and lemon juice into a bowl and mix them well.
  2. Then, after creating a thin layer with half of the crushed cookies, we serve the mixture in a bowl and garnish it with the remaining crushed cookies.
  3. We leave it in the refrigerator for more than two hours to chill and set.
