Ingredients:
- ½ kg chickpeas
- 200g Koukakis Farm Greek yoghurt
- 100g olive oil
- 1 onion
- ¼ tsp. cumin
- ½ bunch parsley
- 1 tbs. tahini
- Juice of a lemon and its zest
- Chives
- Salt & Pepper
Implementation:
- Soak the chickpeas, in a bowl of water
- Boil the chickpeas until they soften
- Chop the onion
- In a bowl, mix together yoghurt with tahini, chives, lemon juice, salt, pepper
- Combine chickpeas, lemon zest, onion, parsley, olive oil, in another bowl
- Add salt and pepper
Serving:
- Serve the chickpeas on a dish and add the yoghurt mixture above
