  • 1 cup whole milk Koukakis Farm
  • 3 cups heavy cream
  • 10 g gelatin sheets
  • ⅓ cup honey
  • 4 tbsp powdered sugar
  • A pinch of salt
  • Sour cherry preserve
  1. Soak the gelatin sheets in cold water to soften.
  2. Place the milk in a small saucepan, add the gelatin, and let it soften for 5 minutes.
  3. Put the saucepan over medium-high heat and stir until the gelatin dissolves.
  4. Add the heavy cream, honey, powdered sugar, salt, and stir for about 2 minutes.
  5. Divide the cream into 6 glasses or bowls, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least 6 hours.
  6. Serve topped with sour cherry preserve.
