Ingredients:
For cream
- 2 cups Koukakis Farm whole milk
- 2 tbs. Koukakis Farm butter
- 2 eggs and 4 yolks
- 120g sugar
- Vanilla powder
- Water
For the caramel
- 1 tbs. lemon juice
- 3 tbs. water
- 60g sugar
Implementation:
- Add the milk in a pot and heat for 15 minutes
- Remove the kettle from the heat and add a pinch of vanilla
- Butter the forms
- Add water and lemon in a pan
- Add the sugar and mix until it caramels
- Divide the caramel equally among the forms
- Add the eggs, the yolks and the sugar in a bowl
- Add the milk, while whipping the mixture
- Divide the mixture equally among the forms
- Place the forms in a pan, and pour water until the bottom of the pan is covered
- Place the forms in the oven for 45 minutes at 180 degrees
- Remove them from the oven and let them cool
Serving:
- Turn over the form on a plate, and take it slowly off, until the caramel cream comes out
