  • 1 cup lukewarm milk
  • 2 packets dry yeast
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 500 g flour
  1. We pour all the ingredients except the flour, which we add gradually while mixing with our hands until a dough forms that doesn’t stick to the hands.
  2. We cover it and let it rise for 20-30 minutes.
  3. We oil the baking tray and spread the dough.
  4. We place the toppings of our choice and bake at 200 degrees Celsius for about half an hour.
