Hot Chocolate – Recipe from Koukakis Farm

  • 1½ cups Koukakis Farm milk
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 250 g couverture chocolate
  1. We mix the milk and heavy cream in a saucepan.
  2. Add the sugar and salt.
  3. Heat the mixture over medium heat until the ingredients are well combined.
  4. Add the chocolate pieces.
  5. Stir continuously until they melt and blend into the mixture.
  6. Serve the hot chocolate and top with whipped cream, cocoa powder, or even marshmallows.
