  • 3 to 4 cups Koukakis Farm butter

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour

  • 2 tbsp baking powder

  • 3/4 cup sugar

  • 2 eggs

  • 2/3 cup Koukakis Farm milk

  • 5-6 tbsp jam of your choice

For the topping:

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 6 tbsp melted Koukakis Farm butter
    A pinch of salt
  1. We beat the butter and sugar in a mixer.
  2. Add the eggs one by one.
  3. Add the baking powder to the flour, then gradually add it to the mixture.
  4. Gradually add some milk.
  5. Once mixed well, continue with the second batch until all the flour and milk are used.
  6. After the mixture is homogenized, pour it into a baking pan.
  7. Add spoonfuls of jam one by one and mix.
  8. In a bowl, mix all the topping ingredients together.
  9. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for about 50 minutes.
