  • 1 liter fresh Koukakis Farm milk
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 4 heaping tbsp cornstarch
  • Rosewater
  • Fresh fruit (finely chopped)
  • Whole Aegina pistachios
  • Powdered sugar
  1. We mix the cold milk, sugar, and cornstarch in a saucepan.
  2. Once the cornstarch dissolves, we place the saucepan over medium heat and continue stirring.
  3. We let the mixture thicken (8 to 10 minutes).
  4. We sprinkle the baking dish with a little rosewater.
  5. We pour in the light cream for the malebi.
  6. We let it cool completely.
  7. Once cooled, we place it in the refrigerator to chill.
