2 liters Koukakis Farm full – fat fresh milk
4 eggs
2 ½ tea cups flour
1 teaspoon salt
½ tea cup olive oil
1 cup 200g Koukakis Farm full-fat Greek yoghurt
Beat the eggs.
Add salt and milk and whip
Once the mixture is combined, add slowly the flour to make a thoroughly combined mixture.
Heat the oven at 230 degrees and bake the pie for 1 hour until it starts taking a golden brown color.
Served cold, accompanied by yoghurt on the side.
