Milkshake with yoghurt – Recipe from Koukakis Farm

  • 2 cups Koukakis Farm fresh full-fat milk
  • 200g Koukakis Farm full – fat Greek yoghurt
  • 4-6 crushed ice cubes
  • 2-3 tablespoons jam or fresh fruits
  • syrup of your choice
  • whipped cream
  • a pinch of chocolate truffle
  1. Mix the milk, yoghurt, jam or fruits, syrup and crushed ice cubes in the blender for 2 minutes.
  2. Serve in tall glass
  3. Add the whipped cream and sprinkle with truffle

Alternatively: instead of Koukakis Farm Greek yoghurt, add Koukakis Farm strawberry flavored children yoghurt.
