Ingredients
- 5-6 pieces of ready dough for traditional pies
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups cream cheese
- 200g Koukakis Farm full - fat Greek yoghurt
- 200g Koukakis Farm feta cheese
- 3 to 4 slices smoked turkey - in pieces -
- Half cup grated Koukakis Farm semi-hard cheese
- 2 cups Koukakis farm full-fat fresh milk
- 1 kg. C. Baking powder
- 2 - 3 tablespoons Semolina or breadcrumbs - grated -
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
Execution
- Cut the dough into four pieces and fry in a non-stick pan without oil until they become crispy.
- Beat the eggs lightly in a bowl
- Add the cream cheese, the yoghurt, feta cheese and milk.
- Mix well.
- Add the turkey, the baking powder, salt, pepper, and mix.
- In a greased baking dish sprinkle with semolina and add the dough crushed into smaller pieces.
- Drizzle with a little olive oil and add over the mixture.
- Spread it, to cover all the dough and garnish with semi-hard cheese.
- Sprinkle with a little oil and bake at 200 degrees in a preheated oven for 40-50 minutes.
- Let it cool for 5-10 minutes before serving.
