Ingredients:
- 2 moderate potatoes
- 300g Koukakis Farm Greek yoghurt
- 80g olive oil
- Juice ½ lemon
- Dill
- Salt & Pepper
Implementation:
- Boil the potatoes for 20 to 25 minutes
- Add 2 tbs. olive oil, in a pan
- Cut the potatoes into thick cut chips and fry
- Add the yoghurt in a bowl
- Add the olive oil and lemon to the mixture and mix
- Add salt, pepper, dill and mix
Serving:
- Serve on a plate while the potatoes are hot and garnish with dressing and dill
