Ingredients:
- 400g Koukakis Farm Greek yoghurt
- 80ml olive oil
- 50ml vinegar
- Juice of ½ lemon
- 1 green pepper
- 6 pieces of tosted bread
- Parsley
- 2 tbs. mustard
- Tomatoes
- ½ Cucumber
- Oregano
- Salt & Pepper
Implementation:
- Chop the tomatoes
- Chop the cucumber
- Chop the pepper
- Chop the parsley
- Add the yoghurt, in a bowl
- Add olive oil, vinegar, mustard, salt, oregano, lemon juice, and mix
Serving:
- Spread the pieces of toasted bread on a plate
- Garnish the tomatoes, cucumber, and pepper over the bread
- Spread the yoghurt sauce
- Finally, add chopped parsley for garnish
