125 g soft butter
150 g sugar
2 large eggs
Zest of 1/2 lemon
200 g soft flour
1 ½ tsp baking powder
A pinch of salt
120 g Koukakis Farm yogurt
150 g small strawberries, halved
For the syrup:
Preheat the oven to 170°C.
Butter and flour the cake pan.
Sift the flour, baking powder, and salt.
Mix the butter with the sugar.
Add the eggs.
Add the zest and yogurt and mix the batter.
Add the strawberries and mix, then pour into the prepared pan.
Bake for 45-50 minutes.
Let it cool for 15 minutes.
