Ingredients:
- 1kg beef fillet cut into strips
- 400g mushrooms
- 400g Koukakis Farm Greek yoghurt
- 100ml Koukakis Farm full-fat milk
- 150ml white wine
- 150ml water
- 1 package of macaroni
- Koukakis Farm butter
- 1 Onion
- Salt & Pepper
Implementation:
- Cut the fillet into small pieces
- Marinate the pieces with olive oil, salt, and pepper
- Sauté the fillet over high heat for 2 minutes
- Chop the mushrooms and the onion
- Melt the butter in a pan and sauté the mushrooms and onion
- Add the white wine and the beef fillets
- Add water and boil for 10 minutes
- Add yoghurt, olive oil, and milk, in a bowl
- Turn off the heat and add the mixture
- Boil the macaroni and drain
- Melt the butter
Serving
- Serve the portion of macaroni on a plate and add a portion of the mixture above. Garnish with chopped onion.
