  • 300 g cream cheese
  • 200 g butter
  • 200 g sugar
  • 180 g cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp liquid vanilla
  • 50 ml cognac
  1. In a small saucepan, melt the butter.
  2. Add the cream cheese and stir slowly.
  3. Add all the remaining ingredients and mix well.
  4. Pour the mixture into a square pan or small baking dish.
  5. Cover with plastic wrap.
  6. Refrigerate for 3 hours.
