Tres Leches Flan – Recipe from Koukakis Farm

  • 1 sweetened condensed milk
  • 350 ml evaporated milk
  • 500 ml fresh milk – Koukakis Farm
  • 5 large eggs
  • 1½ tsp liquid vanilla
  • 1 tsp orange zest
  • ¼ tsp salt

For the caramel:

  • 220 g white granulated sugar
  1. In a non-stick pan, pour the sugar and melt it.
  2. Once it takes on the color and texture of caramel, pour it into a non-stick mold.
  3. In a blender, add the eggs, zest, salt, and vanilla.
  4. Add the two milks and blend.
  5. Pour the mixture into the mold and place it inside a larger baking tray filled halfway with hot water.
  6. Bake at 170 degrees Celsius for 60 minutes.
