Yogurt Fruit Tart – Recipe from Koukakis Farm

  • 400 g biscuits (petit beurre)
  • 200 g Koukakis Farm butter (melted)
  • 5 sheets gelatin (about 2 g each)
  • Juice of 1½ lemons
  • 400 g strained yogurt Koukakis Farm
  • 400 ml sweetened condensed milk
  • Fruits of your choice
  • 3 tbsp powdered sugar
  1. We crumble the biscuits. Then add the melted butter and beat for 1 minute.
  2. Place the biscuit mixture into a tart pan lined with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  3. Soften the gelatin sheets in cold water. Heat the lemon juice, drain the gelatin, and dissolve it thoroughly in the lemon juice.
  4. In a large bowl, mix the yogurt, sweetened condensed milk, and gelatin mixture, then pour it over the tart base.
  5. Place the fruits on top of the yogurt mixture and refrigerate the tart again for 5-6 hours.
