{"id":2774,"date":"2015-07-10T18:59:11","date_gmt":"2015-07-10T15:59:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/koukakisfarm.gr\/recipe\/moms-patties\/"},"modified":"2025-06-02T14:18:19","modified_gmt":"2025-06-02T11:18:19","slug":"moms-patties","status":"publish","type":"recipe","link":"https:\/\/koukakisfarm.gr\/en\/recipe\/moms-patties\/","title":{"rendered":"Mom&#8217;s patties &#8211; Recipe from Koukakis Farm"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3>Ingredients<\/h3>\n<h4>For the dough:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>420g (3 cups) flour, all-purpose<\/li>\n<li>8g (2 teaspoons) salt<\/li>\n<li>6g (1 1 \/ 2 tsp) baking powder<\/li>\n<li>2g (1 \/ 2 tsp) baking soda<\/li>\n<li>200g Koukakis Farm cow butter<\/li>\n<li>200g Koukakis Farm Greek yoghurt<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>For the filling:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>300g Koukakis Farm feta cheese<\/li>\n<li>50g Koukakis Farm butter<\/li>\n<li>1 egg<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Smearing:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>1 egg<\/li>\n<li>2 tablespoons olive oil<\/li>\n<li>Sesame<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Execution<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Melt the butter. Remove from heat, add the Greek yoghurt and mix.<\/li>\n<li>Add salt, baking powder &amp; baking soda to the flour and mix.<\/li>\n<li>Mix the flour with butter and yoghurt and conjure up to create the dough.<\/li>\n<li>Crumble the cheese and butter into small pieces to prepare the filling.
