Ingredients
- 1 package of sharp macaroni
- 1 lt Koukakis Farm full-fat milk
- 50g Koukakis farm butter
- 50g flour
- 300g bacon
- 200g Koukakis Farm semi-hard cheese
- 300gr Koukakis Farm grated hard cheese
- 2 eggs
- Salt & Pepper
Implementation
- Boil the macaroni
- Chop the bacon
- Beat the 2 eggs, in a bowl
- Add the flour and mix
- Melt the butter in a pan and cook the bacon
- Transfer the mixture in a larger bowl
- Add milk, bacon, semi-hard cheese, and grated hard cheese
- Add salt and pepper and mix
- Butter a pyrex and add the boiled macaroni and the mixture
- Bake in the oven, at 180 degrees, for 10 to 15 minutes
Serving
- Serve the soufflé in a dish, cut in pieces
