  • 600 g flour
  • 100 g fresh yeast
  • 150 g Koukakis Farm butter
  • 150 g sugar
  • 400 g cranberries and/or dried fruits
  • 3 eggs
  • A little water
  1. We put the flour in a bowl and add the yeast, butter, and sugar.
  2. We mix and add the fruits, 3 eggs, and the water.
  3. We knead for 5–10 minutes.
  4. We cover the dough with a towel and leave it for 7–8 hours at room temperature.
  5. We place the dough in the cylindrical mold and leave it for another 2 hours.
  6. We preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius.
  7. We bake for one hour and remove the cake immediately.
  8. We cut the cake once it has completely cooled.
