Macaroni Soufflé

Homemade recipe, made with Koukakis Farm Milk

Ingredients

  • 1 package of sharp macaroni
  • 1 lt Koukakis Farm full-fat milk
  • 50g Koukakis farm butter
  • 50g flour
  • 300g bacon
  • 200g Koukakis Farm semi-hard cheese
  • 300gr Koukakis Farm grated hard cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • Salt & Pepper

Implementation

  1. Boil the macaroni
  2. Chop the bacon
  3. Beat the 2 eggs, in a bowl
  4. Add the flour and mix
  5. Melt the butter in a pan and cook the bacon
  6. Transfer the mixture in a larger bowl
  7. Add milk, bacon, semi-hard cheese, and grated hard cheese
  8. Add salt and pepper and mix
  9. Butter a pyrex and add the boiled macaroni and the mixture
  10. Bake in the oven, at 180 degrees, for 10 to 15 minutes

Serving

  • Serve the soufflé in a dish, cut in pieces
