Ingredients:
- 250g digestive biscuits with less fat
- 100g Koukakis Farm butter
- 250g whipping cream 35% fat
- 250g cream cheese
- 350g Koukakis Farm Greek yoghurt
- 100g powdered sugar
- Juice of half a lemon
Garnish: Fresh strawberries or strawberry jam or lemon jam or cherry jam or strawberry sauce
Implementation:
- Crush the cookies with an electric mixer
- Melt the butter in a pan
- Αdd the cookies and the melted butter in a bowl and mix well
- Beat the whipping cream and the powdered sugar in the mixer until they are well combined and smooth
- Beat the cream cheese in the mixer until it is soft
- Add the yoghurt and the whipped cream in the mixer with the cream cheese
- Add the lemon juice and mix until well combined
Serving:
- Serve in glass bowls
- Place a layer of biscuit
- Place a layer of cream
- Repeat once again by adding a layer of biscuit and a layer of cream
- Finally, add the garnish you have chosen
